Trivia Night with Park County's Conservation Districts

  • Sunlight Sports 1131 Sheridan Avenue Cody, WY, 82414 United States (map)

Wyoming created conservation districts in 1941, in response to the soil erosion of the Dust Bowl years. The Cody Conservation District organized the following year. Eighty-plus years later, three districts, Cody, Meeteetse, and Powell-Clarks Fork, split coverage of Park County's water, soil, and wildlife between them.

This Thursday, all three are coming to Sunlight Sports for trivia night. Come test what you know about the natural resources around Cody, and hear about the work these districts do to conserve them.

Pint Night runs 5 to 7 PM. Trivia runs 5:30 to 6:30.

This is part of our Pint Night series. Every Thursday, we offer complimentary beer or non-alcoholic beverages to anyone with a Sunlight pint glass. Don't have one yet? You can purchase a limited-edition glass at the event. 100% of proceeds go directly to one of our five local nonprofit partners that get kids outside.

Thursday, July 30. Sunlight Sports, 1131 Sheridan Avenue.
