The Shoshone River runs through Cody. Many of us cross it every day. The watershed it drains, from both forks coming out of the Absarokas down through the valleys, is what we use to drink, fish, irrigate, and float on.

This Thursday, the Shoshone River Partners are coming to the shop for a trivia night about that watershed. How well do you know it? Come find out.

The group formed after the 2016 Willwood Dam sediment release, which killed fish and aquatic invertebrates downstream, and has been working since on habitat restoration, sediment reduction, and water quality across the basin. They'll be here to share what they're working on and how landowners can help.

Pint Night runs 5:00 to 7:00. Trivia is 5:30 to 6:30.
